Mugsy hails from Saginaw, Michigan and has lived in Panama City Beach since the 1980s. She has been very active in the community with her contributions to the Gulf Beach Garden Club, Council on Aging, Manager with the Marina Civic Center Ushers, and has supported the Ironman Triathlons for the past 20 years. She is serving a second term as the Senior Services Foundation President.
Karen moved to Panama City Beach in 2013 and is helping the Senior Services Foundation activity and development for the future. She is a US Navy Veteran serving as a Quartermaster. She previously retired from Federal Service with the Department of the Navy. Karen has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Maryland.
Anna is originally from New Hampshire and considers herself a transplanted Yankee. She is a U.S. Army veteran and has been in Panama City Beach for over 24 years. Anna is a facilitator for the "Loose Threads" group which uses donated yarn to knit and crochet items for members of the community. She worked for the Department of Children and Families, Adult Services, and knows the importance of having social connections as we become older. The Senior Center provides that social connection while helping to keep seniors active in classes and volunteerism within their community.
Janet has lived in Panama City Beach for over 27 years and has been an active member of the community. She is currently a real estate agent and is involved with the Women's Civic Club. She likes being involved with the Senior Center because of its many offerings to the seniors of our community. She knows the Senior Center makes
the Panama City Beach community a better place for locals, transplants and new members of the community.

Candy moved to Panama City Beach in 1989 from Bay City, Michigan. She acquired a Nursing degree specializing in caring for developmental individuals. She served with the Gulf Beach Garden Club, Women's Civic Club and as a member of the Red Cross Disaster Response Team. Candy is excellent in coordinating with personnel who help keep the Senior Center running smoothly and in great shape.
Cheryl is British born and raised and has lived in our community for over 43 years. She works with the Brain and Spine Center as the Marketing Director and was instrumental in setting up our "Lunch and Learn" series. She continues recruiting medical professionals to participate in the series to educate our membership on the latest issues affecting seniors. Cheryl serves on several boards and is currently working with the Bay County Alzheimer's Alliance.

Mary is our newest Board Member. She is one of the instructors of our exercise classes and always volunteers to help the events of the area, such as Ironman, Unwined, and the Todd Herendeen Theater, to name a few. She brings to the board some new ideas and hopes to keep our membership active through exercise and other social activities.

Joyce is an Ohio native and a US Air Force Veteran, who moved to Panama City Beach 13 years ago after retiring from American Express where she worked in its technology division. Joyce has an MBA and is enjoying her retirement working as our bookkeeper and volunteering at our many fundraisers and events.

Vanessa was born in New Orleans, LA. She moved to Panama City, FL, 23 years ago due to her husband's job relocation. Vanessa is responsible for numerous administrative tasks that keep our center running smoothly. You can often find Vanessa's smiling face and warm disposition as she greets members at the front desk. .
